Description

Description

Natural Factors Lactase Enzyme helps prevent the symptoms of lactose intolerance and assists in the digestion of dairy products. Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose (milk sugar), caused by the lack of lactase, the enzyme responsible for breaking down lactose in the digestive tract.
  • Reduces the symptoms associated with lactose intolerance
  • Minimizes gas and bloating
  • Reduces cramps and abdominal pain
  • Helps digest foods with dairy

Suggested Use

Recommended adult dose: 1–2 capsules just before consuming any food containing lactose or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Lactase Enzyme must be taken each time you consume a lactose-containing food, as the enzyme will only work on the food just consumed.
Lactase Enzyme has no lasting effect beyond the meal with which it is taken.
Depending on the amount of lactose in the food you eat, or for severe lactose intolerance, you may need to adjust the dosage to 2 capsules, but no more than 2.
For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
