N-acetyl-l-cysteine and glycine combination to support glutathione production, immune defence and detoxification

Glutathione is one of the main endogenous antioxidants, acting in the body to recycle other antioxidants and protect the body from free radicals, as well as support detoxification. It is found in virtually every cell of the body and plays a critical role in cell function. Increased glutathione levels have been linked to supporting a reduction in oxidative stress. Cysteine and glycine are necessary precursors for glutathione (GSH) synthesis, and co supplementation of these nutrients promotes intracellular glutathione levels.

Pure NAC + Glycine powder provides 1,800 mg of both NAC and glycine per serving – a novel combination that helps to:

  • Restore and promote glutathione synthesis
  • Enhance immune & antioxidant defenses
  • Reduce oxidative stress
  • Support the body’s natural detoxification process

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 scoop daily, mixed well with 1 cup (250 mL) of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take with a meal. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
